TORTINO DI TAGLIATELLE CON ZUCCHINE NOVELLE E CORIANDOLI DI S. DANIELE
Ingredients for 4 people
200 gr. Tagliatelle egg pasta
400 gr. Courgettes (new) with flowers
50 gr. San Daniele ham
50 gr. Mascarpone cheese
Preparation:
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 5 minutes. In the meantime, prepare the sauce: lightly fry the ham cut into small pieces with the brunoise of courgettes, add salt and pepper, and a glass of vegetable stock. Mix the tagliatelle with the sauce directly in the pan, also incorporating the mascarpone. Divide the tagliatelle into 4 individual tins and put them in the oven under the grill for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and flip the tins over 4 plates. Add garnishing of your choice.
